1. Controller
The controller is Pravno.rs (contact: info@pravno.rs). This policy applies to the pravno.rs site.
2. Data we process
A functional cookie storing the selected language and standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and troubleshooting. Accounts do not exist yet; when introduced, this policy will be amended before processing starts.
3. Data from public registers
Company profiles display data on representatives and founders as published in public registers (APR). The legal basis is the public nature of the register and the public’s legitimate interest in verifying business entities, in line with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (ZZPL). Requests to correct source data go to the register; requests concerning display on this site: info@pravno.rs.
4. Cookies
We use functional cookies only (language choice). No third-party marketing or analytics cookies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and objection under the ZZPL. Contact info@pravno.rs; you may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
