1. General
Pravno.rs is an independent service for searching publicly available data on business entities in Serbia. By using the site you accept these terms. Pravno.rs is not an official government service and is not affiliated with state authorities.
2. Data sources
Data originates from public registers: the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR), the National Bank of Serbia, and other publicly available sources. Data is adapted for display: text is normalized, records from multiple sources are combined and summarized, and some associations and changes are inferred from available data. Sources update on different schedules; some checks are retrieved on demand and cached.
3. Permitted use
Basic search is intended for personal and business partner checks. Automated bulk extraction (scraping), resale of data, and actions that disrupt the service are not permitted without prior written consent.
4. Disclaimer
Data is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or freshness. For legally relevant decisions always verify data in the official register. Pravno.rs is not liable for damages arising from the use of the displayed data.
5. Changes
These terms may change; the applicable version is always published on this page with the date of the last change.
